- Prepare and maintain On-Time Delivery (OTD) Ratio Reports.
- Generate and analyze daily and monthly stock-out and inventory-related reports.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with international clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure smooth, timely delivery of products/services to international customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights; compile regular sales performance reports for management.
- Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of sales processes and procedures.
- Distribute lead time delivery schedules to each sales window for efficient planning.
- Proactively identify and implement solutions to reduce outstanding purchase orders.
- Manage customer expectations, especially in pull-in/pull-out order scenarios, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maximize order intake from the sales office to support peak profitability.
- Analyze transportation costs and incoming orders to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide market feedback on trends, customer preferences, and areas for strategic improvement in international sales.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an asset for effective communication in Mandarin-speaking markets.
