- Work with a globally recognized brand in premium surface materials
- Manage and expand key client accounts in specification projects
- Promote and secure product specifications within the architectural and design community
- Build strong relationships with developers, designers, contractors, and consultants
- Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical consultations
- Prepare calculations and customized surface solutions for project needs
- Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to support client requirements
- Represent the company at trade shows, site visits, and industry events
- 2-5 years' experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or design industries
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client management skills
- Experience in specification or technical sales is an advantage
