- Min 1 year working experience in lift industry or other Engineering company
- Independent, well-organized, pro-active attitude, good communication and sales management skills.
- Self-motivated, a good team player with energetic personality and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office application and software.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Malay

- Identify new business opportunities, respond to inquiries, and actively promote lift/escalator solutions to clients, consultants, and developers.
- Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals based on customer needs and project specifications.
- Conduct independent site inspections to evaluate shaft dimensions, pit/headroom constraints, and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical recommendations and product configurations that align with site conditions and project goals.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for assigned clients throughout the sales process.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing professional advice, prompt follow-up, and clear communication.
- Maintain contact with clients after contract award to ensure satisfaction, clarify technical issues, and support handover to project or service teams
- Prepare cost estimates, technical specifications, layout drawings (in coordination with CAD team if applicable), and compliance documents.
- Review contract terms and coordinate any clarifications before final submission.
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, project, service) and external supplier (principal or outsource contractor) to ensure proposed solutions are executable and cost-effective.
- Ensure all offers comply with relevant standards (e.g., EN 81) and client requirements.
- Maintain records of sales activities, quotation pipeline, customer feedback, and status updates.
- Submit regular reports to the Operating Director on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
- Stay up to date with product developments, competitor offerings, and industry standards.
- Attend technical briefings, training sessions, and trade events as required.
- Ensure smooth transition of secured projects to the operations/project/service team by providing all relevant documentation and technical inputs.
