Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets within Malaysia. Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients, focusing on large and medium-sized organizations aligned with Orange Business's portfolio. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations to drive digital transformation engagements Identify, qualify, and convert business opportunities aligned with Orange's portfolio (Connectivity, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IoT, Smart Solutions, and Managed Services). Drive consultative sales cycles from lead generation through to deal closure, collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, solution architects, delivery, and support) to craft tailored solutions. Champion client success by ensuring seamless solution delivery, satisfaction, and long-term account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Represent Orange Business at industry forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor positioning, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and differentiate Orange Business in the market. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher, with fluency in both spoken and written English at a business level. Proven track record with a minimum of 8 years of experience in selling technology solutions, with a strong track record in pipeline generation and deal closure. Well-established network of enterprise-level client contacts within Malaysia. Hands-on experience in enterprise sales, particularly in a direct field sales capacity as an individual contributor. Effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels, including managers, executives, and internal stakeholders.
