Business Analyst

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, investment evaluation, and scenario analysis.
• Prepare variance analysis reports, highlighting key financial and operational drivers.
• Support cost tracking, allocation, and reporting for projects, assets, and joint ventures.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to improve data accuracy, reporting standards, and financial processes.
• Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Monitor compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
• Participate in digitalization/automation initiatives to streamline reporting and analysis processes.
• Act as a liaison between Finance and IT/data teams to enhance reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Energy industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial modeling and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau (or similar visualization tools), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS/MFRS) and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
