- 4+ years of experience in new sales, account management, customer success, and partner support. Experience in the hospitality, travel, or technology industry is preferable.
- Proven understanding of market management/development in the assigned locale.
- Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, with a proven track record to execute in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and assigned locale language, and ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the fast-changing and dynamic industry and synthesize learnings into strategic growth levers that generate tangible business impacts.
- Passionate about travels and making travels convenient for all diverse interests.
