- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets by building and maintaining strong relationships with key-decision-makers (engineers, procurement team and etc.)
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop account strategies and close deals.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate and qualify new sales leads, ensuring a robust pipeline.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by addressing customer needs and providing effective solutions.
- Closely follow up the sales cycle until payment is successfully received.
- Conduct presentations for customers, showcasing products or solutions while highlighting features, benefits, and relevant market updates.
- Work closely with the engineering team to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer benefits.
- Provide post-sales technical support, following up with customers on product usage and troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to align customer feedback with product enhancements and market demands.
