As a Senior Executive, Business Development , based in Johor Bahru , you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our regional/domestic sales for courier services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to expand our client base and increase revenue, with a primary focus on the Johor / southern region market . Key Activities / Accountabilities: Identify and prospect potential clients within Johor Bahru and the surrounding southern region Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored courier solutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals Track and report sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience: 2-3 years of proven success in sales, preferably within the courier services or logistics industry Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Core Competencies: Strong planning and organizational abilities A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently Excellent communication skills across departments and management levels Highly punctual, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Results-driven with a proactive mindset Working Conditions: Required to work 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) Willingness to work extended hours when necessary to meet business needs Must be able to travel to company headquarters in Shah Alam, Selangor for alignment meetings, or other official purposes as required Language Capability: Proficient in both spoken and written English and Malay Proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage Office Location: eFMX Johor Bahru: No. 35, Jalan Kempas Utama 3/4, 81200 Johor Bahru Salary Range: RM 4,000 - RM 5,000 (with additional allowances and commission provided) Benefits: Free parking Medical claims Health insurance Maternity leave Parental leave Opportunities for promotion Professional development support Show more Show less
