  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with AutoCount system is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
  • Able to work independently
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
Tanggungjawab
  • Allocate and schedule daily orders to retail stores, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Communicate with store staff to address and resolve any order-related issues.
  • Prepare and maintain logistics and delivery reports to support operational planning.
  • Coordinate the ordering of packaging materials for the production line to ensure timely availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels of packaging supplies and place orders based on production needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve order processing efficiency and workflow.
  • Ensure all operational tasks comply with company policies and quality standards.
