Job Description : Job Purpose . 1. Administrator for the tools managed by Tools & Automation team 2. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the tool 3. Advocate the adoption of the tools in CIMB environment Key Responsibilities . Administrator for the tools managed by Tools & Automation team Administration and configurations of the tools Monitor, maintain and manage the health of the tools L1 support for any issues related to the tools Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the tool Point of contact for any engagement related to the tool To review, improve and approve technical work to guide others and to teach Advocate the adoption of the tools in CIMB environment Review current processes and propose potential areas for tools automation To engage with relevant stakeholders to increase/propose the adoptions of the tools Job Specification . Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc.) Degree in Information Technology or related fields Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements ITIL V3 Certification is an added advantage Relevant Work Experience 3 years or more years experience in the administration of Enterprise level DevOps, Monitoring or Automations Tools 3 years of more years experience in Infrastructure or Applications support Experienced in scripting or customisation of tools Required Competencies and Skills . Competencies/Skills (Essential to succeed in this job) Non Technical Skills Good presentation skills Management report preparation using PowerPoint and Excel Analytical and problem solving skills. Communication skills technical and non technical. Technical / Functional skills Good understanding of IT operations and applications workflow. Exposure to any Enterprise level tools will be an added advantage.
