- Manage existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of collective goals.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Prepare regular sales reports, detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Utilise data and analytics to assess sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics or packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of pallet services and logistics solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Malaysian market and business landscape.
