- Identify function or product gaps and initiate strategic initiatives to drive business improvement and transformation
- Design and execute initiatives using structured analytical and problem-solving frameworks to enhance customer and partner experiences
- Manage end-to-end project delivery: from concept and feasibility to implementation and operational readiness.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights and support decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local and regional teams to align on goals and ensure smooth execution
- Develop commercial strategies across marketing, business development, and seller/brand management
- Continuously optimize business strategies, reporting frameworks, and planning processes

- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution; MBA preferred
- 5 years of experience, ideally with a top-tier management or strategy consulting firm
- Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset, with experience framing and solving complex problems
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights from large data setsPreferred Qualifications
- Exposure to e-commerce areas such as Campaigns & Programs, Cost Optimisation, User Acquisition, Product Marketing, or Seller Management
