- Drive Asset Under Management and Customer Information File growth for the branch by planning
- Promote usage of sales & service methodology to achieve targets
- Optimize customer interaction tools such as CRUs and campaign leads to deliver sales results
- Achieve consumer sales team compliance in all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Achieve a Pass in Internal & External Audit, Health Checks and Call Backs
- Build and develop staff competencies and leadership qualities
- In charge of recruitment and maintain low staff attrition
- Degree in banking and finance, accounting or business administration, with at least 5 years’ experience
- Strong Leadership & Sales Management Skills
- Sound financial knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of banking law and practices
