They are now looking for a VP, Sustainable Finance (Learning Academy) to join their growing team based in Kuala Lumpur. Your new role As a Sustainable Finance (Learning Academy) Lead, you'll be championing the sustainable finance learning & development journey for the entire group. Capacity Building: Work closely with different departments, external institutions and internal subject-matter expert to establish and design a holistic sustainability capacity building blueprint and curriculum for the group. Execution of Sustainable Academy: develop the learning journey in sustainable finance across the group, involved in designing and determining the key metrics / measures for success and assessing the effectiveness of training and the Return of Investment (ROI) Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to amplify the bank's visibility and presence in the market. Strategic Initiatives: Drive strategic projects and innovation related to sustainability and sustainable finance. What You'll Need To Succeed Experienced working in a sustainable finance related role. Working experience in a financial institution or related industry. Bachelor degree or professional certification holder in finance, sustainability or related courses. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.
