- Execute HR processes for entire Employee Life Cycle including user profile creation, access termination, preparation of acceptance of resignation letter, bond penalty letter, confirmation letter etc.
- Acting as payroll preparer and update new joiner/ leavers record to payroll vendor to process payroll.
- Actively involved in maintaining personnel record.
- Coordinates and execute C&B processes such as insurance enrollment, process employee's claim, prepare EA form etc.
- Ensure employee experience during onboarding processes from HR induction to user access set up in the system.
- Update and maintain local HR policy and SOP/ Handbook.
- In charge of end to end payroll processes and payroll vendor management
- Prepare letter to employee where necessary.
- Participate in employee engagement event management process
- Support SOX and other audits where HR information is required.
- Ensure compliance to all policy and SOP where applicable.
- Attend to enquiries relevant to HR process and SOP
- Liaise with travel agency on hotel and flight booking for newly hired Expatriate/ Internal Employee.
- Prepare relevant monthly HR report.
- In charge of end to end office administrative matters.
- Provide guidance to new interns in HR team
- Participate in briefing where necessary to relevant parties with regards to the process/ policy owned.
- To highlight areas in need of process improvement, propose solutions to challenges faced.
- To review job done by Junior Analyst and correct where necessary.
- Reinforce company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure compliance
- Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees orientation to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews and suggest actionable recommendations based on data.
- Any other ad hoc task assigned.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing is advantageous.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of the Employment Act is beneficial.
