Overall Job PurposeSupport to develop and administer Payroll processes with the objective of accurate and timely employee payments in line with Payroll process guidelines and local legislation requirements.Job ResponsibilitiesAdminister Payroll process with accuracy by setting appropriate quality standards and timelines for own work areaConduct Payroll activities such as accounting, distributing and preparing payments, benefits, taxes, and Payroll deductionsCalculate various components of salary such as overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, and bonusesCheck for patterns of errors/ repetitive issues and rectify the same, else escalate complex issues for resolutionSupport other team members on recurring errors and issues related to PayrollMaintain various Payroll records as per process guidelinesPrepare reports for internal use/ Government/ ComplianceCollate and verify data and information required for carrying out Payroll processesReceive and resolve Payroll related queries from employeesStakeholder Management
  • Explain facts, policies and practices related to job area

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • HR certification preferred
Experience Level
  • Experience more than 6 years
  • Exposure with relevant key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER / IR, etc.
  • Team leadership – small size teams
  • Business understandingProven experience of building and maintaining relationships
