
Head of Video/Motion/Production

- Edit a wide range of content, including brand films, product videos, corporate communications, interviews, case studies, event highlights, showreels, and social media assets.
- Enhance footage with professional color grading, sound design, and visual effects to ensure cinematic quality.
- Maintain brand consistency and high production standards across all deliverables.
- Design and integrate dynamic motion graphics, kinetic typography, title sequences, and lower thirds.
- Utilize motion, compositing, and advanced animation techniques to create engaging visuals.
- Develop reusable templates and assets to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Provide on-set expertise for APAC shoots, including camera operation, lighting, and framing with a DOP’s precision.
- Collaborate with producers and directors to ensure footage aligns with post-production needs.
- Oversee studio setups for interviews, product shoots, and promotional content.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative storytelling approaches for brand campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in video production, editing techniques, and motion design.
- Adapt quickly to diverse client styles and project requirements.
- Support the planning and execution of creative projects and campaigns, delivering interactive and cutting-edge solutions.
- Assist in client account management, ensuring projects align with objectives and deadlines.
- Support EMEA and global projects, ensuring seamless integration of visual content.
- Contribute to new business pitches with high-impact demo reels and concept edits.
- Ensure personal and team objectives are consistently met.
- Accurately track and report activity levels and timesheets for efficient client workload management.
- Collaborate with line managers to strengthen skills, address weaknesses, and support career growth.
- Participate in TEAM LEWIS training sessions and press briefings to enhance expertise.
- Supports the TEAM LEWIS APAC, local market/operations and account servicing team on ad hoc initiatives and projects
- Takes a proactive role in promoting the TEAM LEWIS brand, its identity, values and work
- Supports the HR / talent team by promoting both internal and external opportunities at TEAM LEWIS across social media and via the referral scheme
- Contributes and supports the continuous improvement of systems, practices and policies
- At least 8+ years of experience in a digital/integrated agency or production house
- Motion design, video editing and production experience is required
- Understanding of digital media techniques, videos, formats, and compressions
- Adobe Creative Cloud software and others including editing and animating in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects is crucial
- Professional editing experience
- Studio experience is an advantage
- Producing a variety of videos on a range of topics.
- Experience in filming using DSLR cameras and above
- 2D or 3D animation is a bonus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work with a client (internal and external) to develop a concept and a script/storyboard
- Prepared to travel to client locations, conferences, and events for filming when required
- Excellent time management and organisational skills: proven track record of meeting deadlines and budgets
- Ability to problem solve, project manage and multi-task
