Roles & Responsibility: Consistently deliver world-class customer service by professionally handling customer enquiries and concerns across call, email, and live chat channels. To be the verifier for account onboarding and process the applications globally for bank account opening through online video verification. Explain banking concepts and product features to clients. Identify and assess customers' needs. Liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues brought up by customers. Consolidate feedback, while seek to improve service quality and user experience of iFAST Global Bank portal or mobile app. Undertake special assignments, and ad-hoc duties required by supervisors. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the given time frame and follow up to ensure resolution. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Requirements: Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written. At least diploma in any disciplines. Prior experience in a contact centre environment is encouraged to apply. Customer oriented with good listening, communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment as well as adapt/respond to different types of inquiries. Candidate graduate with Banking and Finance or equivalent background will have an advantage.
