  • 21 - 32 y/o
  • Trilingual: Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Positive attitude, responsible and strong communication skills
  • A team player, adaptable and able to work independently
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any related field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in customer service or telemarketing
  • Basic computer skills (Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Email)
  • Good at building and maintaining customer relationships
Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone and Messenger
  • ️ Arrange and coordinate appointments, support sales team in follow-ups
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations
  • Maintain and update customer records and feedback
  • Analyze customer inquiry & appointment data, suggest improvements
  • Deliver excellent and professional customer service, including handling complaints and issues
