- Trilingual: Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Positive attitude, responsible and strong communication skills
- A team player, adaptable and able to work independently
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in customer service or telemarketing
- Basic computer skills (Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Email)
- Good at building and maintaining customer relationships
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone and Messenger
- ️ Arrange and coordinate appointments, support sales team in follow-ups
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations
- Maintain and update customer records and feedback
- Analyze customer inquiry & appointment data, suggest improvements
- Deliver excellent and professional customer service, including handling complaints and issues
- Basic Salary + Commission / Allowance / Bonus (RM2,200 - RM4,000++)
