Position: Business Development Executive Location: I-City Shah Alam, Malaysia Responsibilities Proactively acquire new customers through a structured and rigorous prospecting cycle to achieve profitable revenue growth. Manage onboarding of new customers by coordinating with key internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation process. Maintain relationships with acquired clients through a Key Account Management model. Develop and execute strategic initiatives that create value and promote business expansion. Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a strong focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and maintain ongoing communication with potential and existing clients. Prepare and deliver solution-based proposals tailored to customer requirements. Handle tender submissions , including preparation, compilation of relevant documentation, coordination with internal departments, and timely submission according to client requirements. Ensure timely preparation and detailed follow-up of quotations. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. Qualifications / Requirements Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experiences as a sales/ indoor sales in Shipping Line / NVOCC / 3PL company. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office & manage to learn new system. Understanding seafreight FCL & LCL , domestics transportation. Airfreight experience is added advantage. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and preferably with Mandarin Speaking abilities. Good Team Player, Independent and self-motivated. DG Cargoes and Iso Tank knowledge will be an added advantage.
