  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client management.
  • Strong understanding of corporate services, offshore structures, or financial industry is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Willing to travel for meetings, events, and client visits (if required).
  • Familiar with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, or digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Must be proactive, results-driven, and have a strong client service mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with the company's service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and intermediaries.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to client needs.
  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries, qualify leads, and follow up to close business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal departments (Compliance, Legal, Operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, or webinars, both locally and regionally.
  • Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities (optional, if cross-functional).
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, regulatory developments, and client demands.
