Chief Executive Officer

• Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of the organisation.
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
• Propose high-quality investing projects for the Board’s approval to advance the business and increase profits.
• Present regular reports on the status of the company’s operations to the Board of Directors.
• Review the business operation performance, comparing them with the company’s objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
• Set departments' high-level goals, objectives and plans, delegate effectively and closely monitor their operations.
• Conduct regular meetings to review progress, identify and resolve any issues regarding business operations.
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
• Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
• Perform other related duties to benefit the mission of the organisation.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of working experience as CEO or in other senior managerial position in public listed company setting.
• Experience in developing profitable strategies.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
