Executive Outlet Operations

• To supervise outlet staff with respect to their personal grooming, level of product knowledge and customer service
• To guide, coach and train sales people on customer service disciplines
• To review previous day's sales figures and take proactive initiatives to ensure stores targets are met
• To oversee the day-to-day operations including housekeeping of the store
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate manager

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in F&B or relevant qualification
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizen
