Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Any Fields.
Minimum 1 years of working purchasing experience
Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with china company.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work independently, highly self-motivated, good attitude, and be responsible
Exceptional abillity to multi-task and priorItize
Experience in eCommerce industry is advanageous.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

To source and ensure all purchases are purchased on timely basis with right quality, quantity and price, include issuance of purchase order.
Conduct market research to analyse competitor, market trend, business opportunities to improve the performance
To source potential product which match coming promotion strategy
Monitor and forecast quantity based on demand and deliveries timing.
Track order progress, and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Undertake to improve and monitor vendors' performance in terms of pricing, delivery, quality and service.
Processes purchasing related information for the purpose of updating and distributing information.
To ensure all items purchased are right part at right cost and sellable to maximize profit and market share.
Reduce on hand stocks level of non-moving items.
Able to handle stocks replenishment & marketing promotion plan.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
