Processes purchase requisitions, purchase change orders, and requests for quotes to suppliers. Performs cost analysis and volume planning for major commodities (e.g. materials, components, equipment, and services). Negotiate terms, quality, and prices with suppliers and recommend purchases. To conduct monthly material / product inventory count. Manage /maintain stock policies & materials. Planned, scheduled, and monitored the movement of materials through the production requirement. Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee. , Must be able to read and write English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
