The main goal of this position is to assist the supervisor with the monthly preparation of financial and management reports, along with related analysis. The role also involves supporting the supervisor during the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles. It is essential to ensure full compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures to fulfill internal audit requirements. The incumbent will oversee the daily tasks and functions of the Accounts Executive(s) who report directly to this role, ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping in alignment with established accounting standards. This role requires a hands-on professional who can effectively lead, mentor, and support the team, while meeting tight deadlines and ensuring timely submission of reports to the regional office. The position also includes managing initiatives introduced by global or regional teams and coordinating closely with the Compliance department on regulatory and internal control matters. In addition to internal responsibilities, the incumbent will also liaise with external parties-including auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries, bankers, and clients-providing necessary accounting support and services. The ideal candidate should be a strong team player, capable of thriving in a demanding, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment. Requirements Qualified Accountant Minimum 8 years of total experience with 3 years' experience in managing a team. Experience in daily operation including AR/AP/Month End closing/Reporting/Treasury Experience in ERP system, preferably SAP. Candidates with audit and commercial experience are preferred.
