Position: Project ManagerDepartment: Production AssemblyLocation: SILC, Gelang patahBasic salary: RM8000 – RM10000Work Days: Mon – FridayContract: 6 month (Possibility to convert after 6 month based on performance and management approval)Industry: Operates in the manufacturing sector, with a strong focus on plastic engineering and precision component production.Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the project team to ensure that contract manufacturing products meet sales goals and on-time delivery (OTD) targets
Continuously monitor the progress of contract manufacturing and guide the project team in resolving issues, initiating corrective actions, and escalating matters when necessary
Manage risks associated with contract manufacturing
Prepare and publish detailed product updates, analysis, and reports for stakeholders

Job Requirements:

A Business Degree and PMP Certification or equivalent
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
At least 3 years of experience in contract manufacturing or a similar manufacturing environment, particularly in managing large quantities of BOM items. A background in planning is preferred
Experience with Epicor is a plus
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Good understanding of MRP and the ability to apply planning, monitoring, and procurement techniques
Good work ethics, integrity, team player, good sense of urgency and time management
