Support customers in account registration,test drive appointments and also car booking Proactively persuade customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelled Proactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotion. Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using Carsome Telesales tools provided. Job Requirements About You CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Telesales ,Customer Service (B2C). We need a self-motivated person with strong communication and negotiation skills. Your duties identifying potential customers and setting Free Test Drive appointments / Video Car Tour. Education- SPM/Diploma/Degree Proven Customer Support/Service/ Telesales Able to work under a fast phase environment Have a positive mindset, sales oriented person Candidate with high integrity in values Prior professional experience in automotive industry preferred but not compulsory.
