- Apply payroll best practice to the implementation of the EH payroll system
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by identifying customer needs and leading outcome driven conversations to work towards a customer centric solution.
- Providing customers with a positive experience throughout the implementation journey, showing flexibility in approach, in turn building and managing positive customer relations.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate configuration and testing requirements across the team to the accurate and successful implementations of customer requirements.
- Ensure all data is managed with the strictest security, following EH's internal data handling and security policies.
- Ensure the data in our business management systems is accurate and current, updating as required within the prescribed cadence.
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Have a deep understanding and expertise in payroll processing, legislation for both Malaysia and Singapore.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimise leading the way with payroll implementations
- Foster a collaborative environment by promoting open communication and knowledge sharing among team members and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate regular meetings and discussions to ensure alignment on project objectives, priorities, and milestones.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.
- 3+ years payroll implementations and/or payroll experience in either Singapore or Malaysia. Experience in both countries highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of written and verbal communication including stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management (internal and external).
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering results.
