Our mission and where you fit inAt Employment Hero, we’re an ambitious bunch of people on a mission to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone.Since our inception in 2014, we've had some pretty impressive growth (100% YoY), now serving 300,000 businesses globally, with 2 million+ users on the platform, reaching unicorn status in 2022 - and we have no plans to slow down.There’s never been a more exciting time to join one of the fastest-growing SaaS unicorns, so let’s see if we could be a match!What might your days look likeWe're a team of global innovators, who cherish diverse perspectives that fuel our mission; to simplify the world of work for SMBs worldwide.This role will be responsible for the accurate and successful implementations of our Managed Payroll customers.The Payroll Implementations Consultant functions as the subject matter expert (SME) of our EH Payroll platform, as well as any HR to Payroll workflows that their project team is responsible for.The Payroll Implementations Consultant is responsible for communicating configuration and customer requirements for the payroll platform and ensuring relevant deliverables are met to provide successful delivery of the system implementation.The Payroll Implementations Consultant is expected to be a subject matter expert (SME) of all Managed Implementation Payroll processes, including how the HR and Payroll platforms function together and customer solution options across both platforms.This role relies on you building a reputation as a trusted advisor and consultant both with the customer and within the Managed Implementation team. Ensuring a positive customer experience is of utmost importance.The Payroll Implementations Consultant will be working across multiple concurrent projects of a complex and high value nature, alongside being a point of contact as an SME. This means you will need excellent time management and prioritisation skills to be successful in this role. Further to this,, you will need to be able to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders and drive positive outcomes.You will report to the Payroll & Implementations Team Lead (SEA). In this role you will be responsible for staying across process changes and supporting the roll out, change management and adoption across the team.As a Payroll Implementations Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:Project & Delivery

Apply payroll best practice to the implementation of the EH payroll system
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by identifying customer needs and leading outcome driven conversations to work towards a customer centric solution.
Providing customers with a positive experience throughout the implementation journey, showing flexibility in approach, in turn building and managing positive customer relations.
Effectively communicate and coordinate configuration and testing requirements across the team to the accurate and successful implementations of customer requirements.

Data

Ensure all data is managed with the strictest security, following EH’s internal data handling and security policies.
Ensure the data in our business management systems is accurate and current, updating as required within the prescribed cadence.

Subject Matter Expertise

Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
Have a deep understanding and expertise in payroll processing, legislation for both Malaysia and Singapore.
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Innovation and Process Improvement

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimise leading the way with payroll implementations

Collaboration & Communication:

Foster a collaborative environment by promoting open communication and knowledge sharing among team members and cross-functional teams.
Facilitate regular meetings and discussions to ensure alignment on project objectives, priorities, and milestones.
Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.

What you will bring:

3+ years payroll implementations and/or payroll experience in either Singapore or Malaysia. Experience in both countries highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of written and verbal communication including stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management (internal and external).
Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering results.
