1 Requirements§ Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical engineering/ mechanical engineering are encouraged to apply.§ proven working experience 1 year and above.2 Primary functions§ To prepare engineering drawing using AutoCAD, to amend, revise and update drawing as instructed.§ To upkeep and maintain all drawings in an orderly manner.§ Monitor and upkeep PC and printer in working condition.§ Liaise with relevant parties and resolve drawing issues.§ Manage tenders and tender documentation§ Liaise with sub-contractors, client, and project team§ follow-up with project team on progress of work done at site.§ Good decisions, problems solving & creative thinking soft skills.§ Strong communication and negotiation skills, and can speak English and Bahasa§ computer literate, expertise AutoCAD, Microsoft office (eg: ms.word, ms.excel, ms.powerpoint)§ excellent communication and interpersonal skill.§ Work independently with little supervision & able to manage service calls that require more time than anticipated without becoming frustrated or rushing through a job3 other supporting jobs funtions· Makes continuous improvement through investigation and recommendations to supervisor.· Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
