  • As a Power Tools and Accessories Trainer, you will play a crucial role in promoting the Bosch Power Tools brands to end users, employees and distribution partners through product demonstrations, training sessions and programs. Your expertise will ensure that individuals at all skill levels can confidently operate and maintain a wide range of power tools and accessories, maximizing both safety and productivity.
Job Tasks:
  • Coordinate and conduct engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, to end users, internal staff, distribution partners and external service providers in the ASEAN area and Malaysia (focus)
  • Train & educate the range of power tools and accessories in terms of performance advantage, application, safe use, emphasizing safety protocols and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge-/skills-training needs, develop customized programs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop learning plans and calendar according to needs analysis
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and modules covering various power tools, measuring tools and accessories
  • Responsible for managing of area learning schedule and logistics arrangement.
  • Maintain and actively promote learning platforms and encourage self-managed learning and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Observe and evaluate results of training programs and suggest improvements
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, application knowledge, innovations, and safety standards to continually enhance training content and delivery methods.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions and corporate events (regular travel needed)
QualificationsWhat distinguishes you!Expertise:
  • Customer support and/or marketing and sales experience with customer interaction regarding products, parts, technology and/or service
  • Product knowledge in construction industry, preferably Power tools, Accessories and Measuring tools, knowledge of dealer/distribution network processes
  • Experience in delivering effective training sessions to diverse audiences
Communication Skills:
  • Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship building skills both internally and externally
Instructional Abilities:
  • Practically minded with a technical aptitude and willingness to quickly learn and apply new product or technical knowledge
  • Strong passion for training, growth mindset and people development
  • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Independent working ability, attentive to details,
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa
Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficiency with relevant software applications and multimedia tools for developing and delivering training materials
  • Ability to work independently with MS Office applications
