Job Responsibility Recording receipts and payments of the company's bank accounts and update daily fund balance at the end of the day. Daily issuing of payment vouchers, bank drafts, cheques etc. Performing banking transactions at the bank. Daily filing of documents e.g. payment vouchers, creditors bills and statements in proper manner. Inputting of storage data details. Preparing invoices and attaching all relevant documents as required. Inputting data into accounting system as accurate as possible. Digital filling of invoices. Job Requirements Malaysian Citizen Minimum SPM qualification, any accounting certificate an added advantage Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia Pleasant personality with positive attitude and able to work as a team Familiar with Quickbook accounting software Candidates with 1-2 years working experience an added advantage Required to work on alternate Saturdays as well Job Benifits EPF (Employee Provident Fund) SOCSO EIS (Employee Insurance Scheme) Staff refreshments (e.g. tea, coffee) Annual bonus & increment
