• Key-in patients' data and tests requested in Lab Information System and FOMEMA system.
• Answers call and directs callers to the appropriate department.
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
• Arrange dispatch boy to collect samples from respective clinics.
• Transmits FOMEMA's reports into FOMEMA's system.
• Keep on monitoring of FOMEMA's turnaround time.
• Arranges and filing all related forms (e.g Pathology Request Form) systematically.
• Sorting reports accordingly.
