Duties & Responsibilities: 

To operate the Makino / Charmile EDM machine, programming and set up. 
Ability to read the drawings and perform an inspection of the workpieces with a measuring instrument. 
To perform and ensure ERP clocking for setup and run for all jobs. 
To manage new project on tooling fabrication, tooling repairing and ensure it complete as per schedule. 
Establish the machining process to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness. 
To provide necessary guidance and technical support on various machining process. 
To maintain work area and equipment in a clean condition.
To ensure safety procedures are in place at all times. 
To perform machine maintenance as per maintenance checklist. 
Other duties as when assigned by a section leader or machining manager.
