About our ClientA Japanese based multinational company, one of the global leaders in industry automation. The plants in Malaysia have been established 50 years ago. Due to current expansion, they are URGENTLY looking for Tool & Die Machinist and Mold/Press Die Maintenance Engineer.Job Responsibilities

Operate the machine & perform accurate die insert fabrication based on drawing.
Manage & complete die insert fabrication to meet the target processing time.
Measure and confirm die insert dimensional and tolerance based on drawing.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Tool & Die / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years in machine handling.
Familiar with operating machine such as profile grinder / surface grinding machine / EDM machine / machining center.
Understands die insert / tools drawings.

Special Requirements
1) Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)

Experience in operate Sodick Machnine EDM will be added value.
Able to control high accuracy surface finishing dimension in 0.002 - 0.003mm

2) Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM)

Experience in operate Sodick Machine WEDM will be add value.
Able to control high accuracy pocket finishing dimension within 0.001 - 0.002mm

3) Profile Grinder (PG)

Experience in operate Profile Grinder Waida Machine will be added value.
Able to control high accuracy finishing dimension in 0.001 - 0.002mm

4) Machining Center (MV)

Experience in operate Machining Center (Okamoto / Armada machine) will be added value.
CAM knowledge.

5) Surface Grinding (GS)

Experience in operate Surface Grinding Machine (Okamoto / Amada machine) will be added value.
Able to control high accuracy finishing dimension in 0.001 - 0.002mm.
