Job DescriptionKey Account ManagerTHE OPPORTUNITYBe part of a Global Animal Health organizationBe part of a high-performing team to drive strong results for the business and significant impact for customersBased in Petaling JayaThe Key Account Manager is responsible for handling the important customers that make up the highest percentage of business unit sales, build and maintain a good relationship with the customersWHAT YOU WILL DOActively sells and promotes company products and services according to client’s needsResponsible for achieving sales objectives by effectively implementing marketing strategies and sales plans in assigned territories.Provide product information and in house training to selective customersParticipate in sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits as requireCreates, maintains, and updates customer profiles, directories, customer databases, customer marketing plans, and rolling sales forecastsMonitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantageAssist with special projects as assigned by management (e.g. managed pre-launch initiatives, product launching, customer support outside of designated territory/territories, etc.)Submit reports and paperwork accurately and on timeAble to travel extensively and outstation to visit customers or leads to promote Company's productsWHAT YOU MUST HAVETo be successful in this role, you will have:Graduate of a tertiary degree course preferably a graduate of veterinary science / animal scienceMinimum 4 years with specific to sales experiences. Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science background is preferable.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is compulsoryGood in data analytics, strategic thinking, planning and execution.Self-driven and motivated to deliver the setout sales target with adaptability & agility to the new environmentMust hold a valid driver’s licenseSales expertise and relationship managementStrong negotiation and presentation skillsProficient in MS OfficeWHAT WE LOOK FORImagine getting up in the morning for a job as important as helping to save and improve lives around the world.   • Minimum 4 years with specific to sales experiences. Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science background is preferable.
  • Good in data analytic, strategic thinking, planning and execution.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Good leadership and coaching skills.
