- Coordinate/actively work together with JD Sports Buying Team, adidas SEA CP and AP team, Country sales teams as well as Customer Service.
- Organize and steer the sell-in process (support building the assortment plan, create range presentations and offers, define local assortment recommendations, sample handling) .
- Reconcile orderbook after key cut-offs for respective key categories.
- Assist in the development of account strategies.
- Manage and align with cross-country stakeholder network.
- Regularly monitor and process key figures such as sell-in and sell-out and provide category reporting to upward managers.
- Manage the respective categories aligned to JD’s KPIs: sales, margin, inventory cover, sell-out, SKU efficiency, etc.
- Continuously monitor monthly sell-out, inventory and backlogs and define actions.
- Closely collaborate with Activation Manager to bring excitement to consumers and drive sell-out.
- Represent the assigned account internally as an “ambassador” towards all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces.
- Work with available Insights, Reportings & Analytics to develop best in class reports that generate insights and translate into action
- Analyze consumer demand, category trends and competitor assortment on JD’s platform and identify gaps in current assortment with aim to drive sell-through across all customer touchpoints, be it online or offline
- Global: Global Wholesale team, Emerging Markets Wholesale team
- Cluster: SEA CP and AP team, Country sales teams as well as Customer Service team

- Strong interpersonal skills: Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management, and facilitation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken local language as well as English. Skills and abilities in other languages are an added bonus but not essential
- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within large sales organization, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
- Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Supply Chain
- IT skills: Advanced MS Office Skills
