about the company
...The hiring company is a Project Management Consultancy, with a strong project portfolio in various construction projects mainly in commercial mid to high-rise buildings as well as some infrastructure projects. At the moment they are looking for a Construction Manager for one of their outstation hotel/ resort construction project.

To plan and manage all on-site activities related to the construction project, determine resource requirements, identifying and mitigating risks.
To manage the project budget, including cost estimates, and ensuring the project remains within the budget allocated.
To monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments and resolving problems that arise.
To ensure that the health, safety, environment, quality regulations and policies are adhered while completing the project.
To manage project reporting, documentation, and lead project meetings to keep stakeholders updated.

about the teamOur client is looking to add to their team to cater for the needs of their new projects. The hiring company has teams of good sizes and proper support. You will be reporting to an experienced Director while managing your own project team.skills and experience required

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Industry
Candidates with hotel/ resort construction project experience will be prioritised
Result oriented and able to handle projects independently
Ability to relocate for the project for 2-3 years.
