Job DescriptionAs a Market Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving AirAsia MOVE's market presence and fostering strong relationships with key destinations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and expanding relationships with hotel partners, analyzing data to improve commercial performance, and representing the company at events. This role offers a dynamic and exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in the hotel or travel industry and a passion for people development.You will:Cultivate relationships for key destinations to expand our horizons.Foster meaningful and lasting relationships with our hotel partners, both new and established, while keeping the vibe positive.Craft and execute strategic plans and engaging activities to keep our hotel partners on board and enthusiastic.Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends and seizing opportunities for growth and innovation.Utilize your magic toolkit to ensure we're meeting and exceeding our key performance indicators.Ensure our hotel partners are well-versed in our platform and business model, making collaboration a breeze.Share market insights and relevant data to empower informed decision-making across the board.Represent us with flair at industry events and gatherings, showcasing the best of what we have to offer.Work closely with other teams to introduce their offerings to our hotel partners and vice versa.Effectively communicate and align strategic objectives from senior management to keep everyone marching to the same beat.To thrive in this role, here's what you'll need:Minimum of 5 years navigating the hotel or travel industry, with bonus points for OTA expertise.Proficient in interpreting data and transforming it into actionable insights.Ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and success.Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that make waves, not ripples.Laser-focused on achieving targets, with the agility to pivot when needed.Solid understanding of airline, hotel, and package revenue management strategies.Ready and willing to travel or adapt to remote work as required by business needs.If this sounds like your kind of adventure, we'd love to have you on board!
