IT Technical Trainer

• Conduct training and provide consultancy in the respective area of specialization.
• Organize, set-up and deliver courses to meet the needs of customers.
• Responsible for training and inspecting major markets, able to find and solve problems in product sales promptly.
• Keep current regarding changes in computer technology, introduction of new software products, vendor certifications, and educational methodologies.
• Flexibility in dealing with scheduling changes and new training situations.
• Establish, develop, and manage internal training delivery models and trainer networks to promote a learning culture.
• Lead and drive the implementation of the learning management process from planning and implementing to reviewing, to enhance professionalism and quality standard of training services.
• Conduct assessment and outcomes of courses delivered.

• Bachelor's Degree / Master in computer science, IT or any related study
• Prior experience as trainer or relevant in IT (Fuziah: proposed to change: Certified trainer with prior experience as trainer or relevant in IT)
• Minimum 3 -4 years working experience with relevant experience
• Candidate with Microsoft knowledge and similar certifications will be a plus
• Experience in Programming - Python, Power BI, AngularJS, Microsoft Azure Developer;
• Experience with Network Security
