TANG International Education Group Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as an IT cum Trainer Executive. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT, online teaching, and excellent communication skills. As our company deals extensively with clients from China and Malaysia, proficiency in both Chinese and Malay languages is essential.Responsibilities:
- Online Teaching: Conduct online training sessions for company clients, focusing on IT skills and knowledge. Create engaging and informative content to facilitate learning.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients in a friendly and outgoing manner. Address their inquiries, concerns, and provide technical support as needed.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot application and IT-related issues faced by clients. Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure smooth operation of systems and applications.
- Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to company staff as needed, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary IT skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in IT and online teaching methodologies. Incorporate new techniques and technologies into training programs to enhance effectiveness.
- Language Proficiency: Utilize proficiency in Chinese and Malay languages to facilitate communication with clients and colleagues. Translate documents and materials as necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to identify and address technical issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of training programs with company goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Proficiency in Chinese and Malay languages is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel domestically and to China for client meetings and training sessions.
