Responsibilites
  • To maintain of admin records and handling office filing system
  • To assist in documentation for tender and quotation
  • To assist in sales invoicing and handling customer purchase order
  • To assist on purchasing and creating supplier purchase order
  • To handle on petty cash claims and staff claims
  • To assist on basic accounting data entry
  • To track company property and office supplies as necessary
  • To assist in other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point.
  • Preferable female candidates
  • Able to converse in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Encourage fresh graduate
  • Candidates possess experiences in related field is an advantage
  • Team player, proactive, good attitude
