- To maintain of admin records and handling office filing system
- To assist in documentation for tender and quotation
- To assist in sales invoicing and handling customer purchase order
- To assist on purchasing and creating supplier purchase order
- To handle on petty cash claims and staff claims
- To assist on basic accounting data entry
- To track company property and office supplies as necessary
- To assist in other duties as assigned by the Management.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point.
- Preferable female candidates
- Able to converse in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Encourage fresh graduate
- Candidates possess experiences in related field is an advantage
- Team player, proactive, good attitude
