Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive x2 (Mandarin Speaker)

• Take off quantity and prepare bill of quantity from the tender drawing
• Call and prepare subcontractor's quotation
• Prepare labour and material budgets for new project
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim and project final account
• Prepare for sub-contractor certificate of payment
• Estimate and prepare of quotation of VOs
• Perform any other contract duties assigned by superior

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Fresh-graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates are willing to learn, trustworthy and self-motivated.
• Computer literacy.
• Able to start work immediately.
