- Read and create mechanical drawings with 2D/3D CAO software (Solidworks)
- Master CNC machine programing and coding
- Contribute to the on-quality, on-time and on-cost objectives of the workshop
- Design new toolings
- Write the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Train the operators and ensure a sustainable support for production and maintenance
- Participate to troubleshooting for his/her perimeter and take a proactive approach to solve issues and to identify their root cause
- Follow up the data through Standard Process Control (SPC) application and propose preventive maintenance
- Ensure periodically the achievement of Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA)
- Conduct rigorous safety assessments and risk analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Interface with contractors and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
- Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental; and Energy policies, procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, low carbon initiative, etc.
- Adhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities
- Perform other related duties as required
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
- Technical expertise in Zeiss CMM will be an advantage
- Good knowledge in PLC, HMI, Robotics, Doosan CNC and Fanuc Robot
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and client engagement.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Prior experience within industries such as automotive, aeronautics is advantageous.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office application
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
