- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM systems.
- Support the sales and advisory team in preparing proposals, documentation, and scheduling appointments.
- Handle client follow-ups, inquiries, and build positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate internal meetings, sales reports, and assist in lead tracking.
- Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and client engagement activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales paperwork and compliance documentation.
- Act as a liaison between clients and advisors to ensure smooth service delivery.
