Our current categories include gourmet breakfast granolas, artisanal nut mixes, and stone grind nut butters. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Recruiter. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with recruiting, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process. The Junior Recruiter will also be involved in employer branding and developing recruitment strategies. Qualifications Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in the F&B or retail industries Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus
