- Manage capital operations and budgeting, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
- Handle all foreign exchange operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop strategies to achieve profit targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Utilize extensive knowledge in cost and strategic management to support decision-making processes and long-term planning.
- Lead financial aspects of various projects, ensuring alignment with financial goals and company strategy.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies and maintain robust internal cost control systems.
- Provide insightful analysis and sound judgment to guide financial decisions and drive business performance.
- Foster a strong team environment, mentor and develop team members, and promote a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Management.
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in financial management within large and SME companies.
- Demonstrated expertise in cost management, strategic management, project management, capital operation, tax planning, and internal cost control.
- Strong analytical and judgment skills, excellent team-building capabilities, and a proven track record of not being a job hopper.
- Highly strategic thinker with the ability to lead and inspire teams, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
