- Support sales on SAP SuccessFactors opportunities with business discovery, value justification, solution architecture, proposal preparation, RFP responses, solution demos, workshops and POCs.
- Develop a rapport with the customer to instill confidence and trust with senior executives and decision makers.
- Maintain a relationship with SAP expertise to exchange ideas and market trends.
- Fulfill a level of SAP SuccessFactors presales certification to maintain the company's authorization to sell
- Work closely with the Practice Manager to estimate efforts and timeline.
- The Senior Presales professional will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering customized SAP solutions for our clients.
- The role entails working closely with clients and account managers to understand their business needs, develop proposals, and provide product demonstrations/customization.
- They will also be responsible for identifying areas of growth and strategic decision-making to achieve better results for the client.
- Have a customer first mindset to build a narrative on how NTT Data Business Solutions will add value to the client's business.
- Take ownership in the presales process to perform the necessary activities to uncover customer's existing processes, anticipated needs, and current challenges.
- To use value engineering principles to build a business case with opportunity cost, tangible benefits and cost of investments.
- To build trust with clients by being the subject matter expert in HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors solution.
- To execute presales activities (discovery, business case, solutioning, proposals, presentations, demos, workshops and POCs.
- Atleast 10 years collective sales / consulting experience but with a minimum of 5++ years of experience in solution architecture or co-selling area of expertise is essential
- Experience competing against Tier-1 IT service organisations in complex selling situations
- Experience working the full cycle of complex sales and presenting to multiple levels within clients
- Experience working in a fast paced, team-orientate, collaborative environment
- Exceptional communication, people management and leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience working on customer sites managing and delivering quality outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
