Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Finance team in managing day-to-day client communications and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client information and updates
  • Coordinate internal tasks, timelines, and deliverables based on client requirements
  • Prepare basic reports and status updates for clients
  • Handle general administrative duties related to accounting and project coordination
  • Follow up on outstanding deliverables or documents from clients and internal teams
  • Support the team in delivering high-quality service and timely responses to client needs
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or above
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (reading and writing) is required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment
  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
